Production of stainless steel swivel joints
STANDARD AND CUSTOMIZED
MPM projects and produces swivel joints in 304 and 316 stainless steel to be applied on revolving parts designed for washing operations. They allow feeding of the revolving element (hose reel for washing) also during winding and unwinding of the flexible pipe. The swivel joints are available in different sizes depending on the flow rates required.
We also manufacture manifolds and valve blocks of various sizes and materials, to be applied in various sectors (hydraulic, refrigeration, oil & gas).

Upon customer specification, we manufacture multi-way swivel joints in stainless steel and / or carbon steel with protective surface treatment (nitriding and / or oxidation).

Swivel joints in 316/304 stainless steel - Straight or 90 ° joints
Size from 3/8 "to 2"
Swivel joints made of stainless steel 304 and 316 used for washing operations with high pressure water. The dimensional range goes from 3/8 "to 2". They can be straight or at 90 °. All the joints have ball bearings which allow the axial forces to be balanced and to reduce abrasions over time. The rotating seals guarantee pressures up to 400 bar.
