the plunger cylinders are a single-acting cylinder usually characterized by rod and piston of the same diameter with the possibility of obtaining the limit switch through a mechanical element without gaskets and of obtaining the descent either through an external load or with a return by spring.

They are usually used on agricultural machines, forklifts, hydraulic presses.
